Pala-Tech uses a proprietary flavor for these granules that tastes like roast beef and liver, but there is no real beef used in the formulation. The flavoring is derived from a hydrolyzed soy protein, so this product is safe to use with dogs that may have food allergies. Even if the dog was allergic to soy, since this protein is hydrolyzed it is safe to use.

Since the Granules are administered over the dog’s food and very enticing to the dog, this formulation is best to use with dogs that may not be eating their daily diet. The Granules will encourage the dog to put their muzzle in the food dish and eat their food, which is important.
