Recommended Use:
Consult with your veterinarian to determine the proper dosage level and schedule for each individual horse prescribed this product. The recommended dosage schedule for the daily administration of Pala-Tech™ Equine F.A./Plus Granules is as follows:
Initial dose (3-4 weeks): 2 scoops/day
Maintenance dose: 1 scoop/day
Administration:
A 30 gram scoop is enclosed in the container. Measure out the prescribed daily dose and administer over the horse’s grain. Product may be mixed with grain, if necessary, to facilitate complete consumption. Equine F.A./Plus Granules is formulated with a proprietary, highly palatable sweet apple and molasses flavor base to enhance acceptance by the horse.

Cold-pressed flax seed oil delivers enriched levels of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids in the form of Alpha-Linoleic Acid (ALA). A 30-gram scoop of the product delivers over 3,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids that have been documented to be useful for the management of inflammation, allergic conditions, heart health, respiratory benefits, etc.
The flavoring used is a sweet apple and molasses flavor that horses love to eat, simplifying daily dosing and making sure the horse consumes the complete dose. There are not elevated levels of sugar provided by the daily dose of Equine F.A./Plus Granules. The amount of sugar in a single dose (30 grams) is 9 grams, which is less than what would be included in the grass/alfalfa fed daily to a horse. Therefore, the amount of sugar included in the daily dose is minimal.
You will visibly notice improvement in the horse’s skin and haircoat within two weeks after dosing your horse daily. The initial dose is 2 scoops/day and after this two week period, you can reduce the dose to 1 scoop/day and still have excellent results. Some conditions may take longer to see noticeable improvements, so our recommendation is to use this product for at least 30 days before determining if this product is providing the horse the benefits expected.
