At Pala Tech Labs, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Pala-Tech Labs will accept returns or exchanges on all products, once approved and authorized.
Return Timeframe
- Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and provide the reason you are asking to return the product. Once your return is approved and authorized, you may proceed to ship the item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that was damaged in transit or defective, please report this to our customer service personnel within 10 days of receipt. Pala-Tech will replace the damaged or defective product with an exact replacement, at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos and a description of the damage for our records.
Proof of Purchase
- An order number is required for all returns and exchanges to ensure your request is processed correctly.
International Returns
- Pala-Tech does not accept returns from international customers.
