Automatic Coverage
This guarantee is automatically in effect for every Pala-Tech product.
Products are obtained directly from licensed veterinarians only.
Products are administered to the patient according to the veterinarian’s prescribed directions.
Products are stored according to label recommendations.
Simple Terms
In the unlikely event a patient will not readily consume a palatable Pala-Tech product, we will replace the product free of charge.1
Return the product to the authorized Veterinary Distributor from whom it was purchased. The Distributor will replace the product to you at no charge.
1 Product replaced will be the same brand unless otherwise specified by the veterinary clinic.
